Green Bay Playfield

Green Bay Playfield is a colorful wonderland of fun for kids of all ages. The Hedra® playstructure was included for kids ages 5 to 12. The geometric design delivers continuous circuits of net climbers, belting, overhead events plus the SlideWinder2® and Hang Glider® for rides back to the ground. To match up with the playstructure for older kids, Hedra Scout was included for kids ages 2 to 5. This unique play experience provides multiple entry points and interconnected play experiences that are all developmentally appropriate for toddlers and preschoolers. Even more, there are many freestanding play components like the Oodle® Swing, OmniSpin® Spinner and Hedra Swings to keep visitors active and engaged for longer. And the use of the BW color palette gives this playground environment a playful look and feel.

Milwaukee Recreation is on a mission to revitalize 52 play spaces in Milwaukee. Since 2019, Milwaukee Recreation has used its equity prioritization matrix and community input to successfully reopen eight playfields throughout the city. The playfield renovation project includes large-scale upgrades at Burnham Playfield, Clovernook Playfield, Columbia Playfield, Custer Playfield, Franklin Square Playfield, Southgate Playfield, and Green Bay Playfield as well as a playground update at Ohio Playfield.
